Accessibility
On our regular monthly Open Days you can enjoy the park and gardens all afternoon.
Accessible parking is available outside Gatton Hall. The hall, toilets and the parterre with views over the park are fully accessible. Please note, there is limited accessibility in the parkland and gardens due to steep hills and some uneven paths. Golf buggy tours are available for those who are unable to manage Gatton’s steps and slopes; please book at the entrance.
On site car parking is free. A volunteer marshall guides cars. Toilets are located in Gatton Hall. Dogs are welcome but please keep them on leads at all times as livestock are grazing. Benches and a grass picnic area with views of the parkland are on the parterre outside Gatton Hall. Further benches are dotted around the park and gardens. There are great open spaces for family enjoyment.
Entrance to the park is through Gatton Hall and refreshments are available to purchase in the ballroom overlooking the park. Our bird hide is open, and the gardening team prepares a mobile plant sale. There are free guided tours and activities for children including the Wild Things play trail. A map of the park and further information are available at the entrance.
